YULETIDE SEASON: RED

Is it really Christmas Eve already?? It’s the time of the year again to wolf out on scrumptious Noche Buena without feeling any guilt! Well I never feel guilty whenever I eat, lol. Some may have prepared for this night, like working out or skipping meals but me? I am always conscious about my body size but I don’t do things to prevent myself from gaining weight. But I’m claiming that 2014 will be the time for me to be… hot.

Yuletide season is about festive colors namely Red, Green and Yellow, to name a few. Red is definitely my bias as injecting this color to your outfit makes it look more Christmas-y. Can you imagine this look without the red cardigan?

Hype this on lookbook here.

Sporting a varsity player look with my red jeans! What do you think?

This Christmas, let’s not forget the people in Visayas who lost their homes and loved ones. Surely, their Christmas wouldn’t be as happier as before but if we continue to include them in our prayers and with the continuous support from people around the globe, then we can help make their Christmas better.

It’s the most beautiful time of the year when we can freely devour on delicious food without feeling any guilt (it’s pretty obvious in my tummy). Who wouldn’t love the Christmas season? Shopping malls are on sale, Misa de Gallo, Christmas parties, aguinaldos, exchange gifts, family reunion, and the main reason for the season: Jesus Christ.

Hope you had a very merry Christmas like I did! Can’t wait for new year!

Christmas photo diary

I’ll tell you the happenings on Christmas Day through photos :)

This is my Lola Ine’s house. Every Christmas, her house is always the first place we go to. We’ll have lunch and bonding moments there together with our other relatives.

Thanks to my tripod we were able to have pictures altogether!

Palakihan ng tiyan LOLLLLL

Pick the odd haha dad’s not wearing his red shirt!! Grrrrr

At night, we celebrate an annual reunion with my relatives at mom’s side. This time, it was held at Shell Gasoline Station owned by one of my relatives.

Uber cute baby Travis!!!!

Production number time!

Girls dancing in the tune of Kendeng-Kendeng

Kids dancing to the beat of Shembot

I love this pic! Very candid + it’s a blind shot! Taken by yours truly :)

After exhange gift. What a very organized picture. VERY.

We assigned respective colors for each family. This year’s colors were Yellow, Orange and Red.

Tried some bulb photography before going home. But twas obviously fail haha my sister didn’t get out of Janine’s back!

So that’s how my Christmas Day went! I thank God for the good weather, for the food, for the guidance, for my family and relatives, for everything. Really a fun-filled day, as always. How did you spend your Christmas? :)

PS. I need to take extra effort to burn all the calories I take!

Christmas Day

It’s the most beautiful time of the year! Lights filled the streets bringing so much cheer… ♫ okay stop with this Bieber fever haha We do the same thing every Christmas - Lunch at my lola’s (aunt of my dad) house, merienda at my grandparents’ (father-side) house and reunion with my relatives from my mother side. So it’s more of a tradition of our family. Christmas is truly the most beautiful time of the year cuz we get to share and spread love to everyone. Our simple acts of giving money to the carolers and giving gifts to our inaanaks and loved ones mean a lot. But as I always say, Christmas isn’t only just about giving and receiving gifts but also celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Bad hair day… what’s new.

Don’t you just hate the fact that the food we eat isn’t distributed in our body equally? They’re going mostly in the tummy part huhu

I semi-saved this overexposed photos. Semi because they’re not in the way I want them to be :(

I joined David Guison’s blog giveaway and the photo above is my entry. I won’t tell you more about it haha

I hope you guys had a very merry Christmas cuz I definitely had! 363 days before Christmas!!

Christmas Eve

Be my date this christmas eve
Be my holiday, my dream
Llay your head on me
I got you babe
Kissing underneath the tree,
I don’t need no presents girl you’re everything I need
Let me give you all of me to you, together on this christmas eve…

What a perfect song for Christmas Eve. Know why? Cuz it’s title is Christmas Eve! Lol anywayy, went to church for the last of the 9 Christmas masses (I was able to complete it again! How about you?) then headed to a relative’s house for a simple Noche Buena then went home. We always spend our Noche Buena with relatives and it’s always a simple dinner. Personally, I like simple celebrations more than the elegant ones. As long as my family is complete, I’m more than satisfied :)

Creepy eyes! My sister always took VERY decent photos (insert sarcasm here lol) but I just have to include this one haha

….wait, I think my sister is good. Whatcha think? This was a candid shot btw! :)
