Yellow Day

One of the many things I'll miss about UST when I leave would be the school spirit. It's really evident to every Thomasian especially during UAAP season-- we're all out support to our players and cheerleaders! How do we show them? By watching live at the Araneta/MOA Arena and by having a Yellow Day! We just had our third Yellow Day today and I’m sure we’re having another one as we battle against DLSU for the 2nd game of the finals! I can say it’s an effective strategy as we got our first win today with a score of 73-72! Congrats UST Growling Tigers! Bring the crown back to EspaƱa!

Thrifted shirt | Wrangler jeans | Vans shoes | Casio watch

2nd Yellow Day was last September 28. Didn't actually attend school because of an unfortunate event happened to me the day before but I'm still all out support by wearing Yellow to church! This is actually a no-brainer outfit. Plaid polo is so easy to style; you can wear them with all the buttons closed or sport a shirt underneath and let it unbuttoned.

Hype this on lookbook here.

SM Accessories sungglasses | Baleno shirt | Coach pants | Tomato watch

What I wore today! Just a basic tee paired with my favorite khaki! Lol, that rhymed. Proper mix of colors is a really a big factor when it comes to dressing up. Basic clothes can look not-so-basic if styled correctly. Yellow and brown is incredibly a perfect combination.

GO USTe!

First flood encounter S.Y 2013

SOBRANG DAMI KONG FEELS KAILANGAN I-BLOG. (Lakas maka freshie :p)

- 2:00 pm, nag-start umulan. Nagbibihis palang ako for my 3:00 pm class.
- 2:15 umalis na ko. Kaso sobrang lakas ng ulan, bumalik ulit ako. Para narin kumuha ng tsinelas at maki balita about suspension.

- Eh walang suspension.

#goodstudent #bigyanngmedal

MEDYO?? :p

Habang tumatawid sa baha. Oha, may picture! Salamat sa paparazzing kumuha nito. #ootd #foldedpants

So yeah, madulas at kumapit sa paa namin yung oil.

Okay na, nakasakay na kami sa LRT. Nakipag siksikan na kami makauwi lang. Dun ako naka-pwesto as in sa may pinto ng train. Excited kasi bumaba baka first time nya? Bilang madulas yung tsinelas ko, ayun... NAHULOG YUNG LEFT FOOT KO SA BUTAS. As in paa hanngang hita ko. Gets ba yung butas? Yung maliit na distance between the platform and the train?

Salamat talaga may naawa sakin haha. Joke.

Eto pala ang natamo kong galos

Medyo masakit ha.

Thank you Lord for my third life!! Last week kasi muntik naman ako mahulog sa fx. As in kalahati ng katawan ko nasa labas na haha tanga ko ba

Paskuhan 2012

Paskuhan is the celebration that gathers people from all over the Metro - because Thomasians can tag along friends! It usually hosts a free live concert and the ever-awaited Pyromusical Display (watch here) that makes UST the Fireworks Capital of the U-belt according to one of the hosts. This year’s performers were Join the Club, Urbandub, Paraluman, Letterday Story, Radioactive Sago Project, Silent Sanctuary, 2 Years Apart, December Avenue, Mayonnaise and Spongecola! According to some reports, an estimated of over 60,000 crowd packed the UST Main Field and Grandstand! No wonder why the lines of people outside the gates of UST were crazy! #MOAArenaLevels

Mister Thomasian

During the 2nd game of UAAP Men’s basketball, UST declared a Yellow Day for the whole Thomasian Community to support the tigers as they battle against the Blue Eagles. We may have lost the game but my Thomasian spirit remains the same. :)

As expected, a lot took the chance to get up. How I wish I had my camera with me and take pictures of those people whose outfits caught my attention (feeling Bjorn lang!) But it’s so refreshing to see my schoolmates not in their uniforms.

How I wish UST also has “wash day” once a week like some universities. Wearing uniform everyday makes me sick. But wearing civilian everyday is costly so I would settle for a wash day. You with me? No? Okay :(

Young, Wild and Free

With my tumblr friends, Nikki and Kim.

“There’s always that one party.
That one party that you’ll never forget.
The one where you got so wasted.
The one where you danced all night.
The one where you met that special someone.
That one party where it made you go:
“Damn, that party was…

SOLID!”“

Held at Candyshop Superclub, Knockdowns presents: SOLID was the perfect sem-ender party for us Thomasians!! The rain didn’t stop us from partying all night! We all waited for this stress-reliever event that definitely took us away from all the worries this school year has given us. I would like to thank all my friends who’s with me that night, especially to Arp for paying 50% off all our tickets! More parties to come!
