Instagram February 2013

Posting this a little too late! Internet connection here at home is so slow it makes me lazy to blog.

1.) Found a vintage jean jacket while fixing my wardrobe.

2.) Choosing what pairs to bring with me on my retreat.

3.) Dinner at the newly-opened Army Navy at Dapitan (around UST)!

4.) Throwback Thursday: Bruno Mars live in Manila April 2011! I hope he comes back soon! He's definitely one of my most favorite international popstars. His voice is beyond amazing. For me, he sings better live than on record!

5.) Had a 3-day retreat at CCT, Tagaytay. The place was very scenic! (Click this to see the whole place.)

6.) Wearing the jean jacket (aka OFW jacket) during our second day. Full outfit post here.

7.) Taken on the third and last day of retreat! I miss the cool weather of Tagaytay! Full outfit post here.

8.) Beautiful rainbow on the last day at CCT. Wonderful creation!

9.) Pineapple, Mango and Blueberry Tarts. NOM!

10.) My friend Valerie celebrated her birthday at her Aunt's beautiful residence. Such a nice place to chill and relax! It was located near Tagaytay so the weather was cool. So imagine us freezing after getting out of the pool!

11.) Scrumptious food! Everything here was very delightful. My tummy was very pleased.

12.) Gangnam-ing on air. We so cool!

Instagram instadam: January 2013

I just realized upon doing this post that most of the photos in this set is food. I guess you have to get something to wipe off your saliva as you go over this post. Can't believe we're almost done with February!

1.) Matching outfit with my kapatid sa noo, Billy Crawford.

2.1) Ryu Ramen and Tantanmen at Ryu Ramen and Curry. YUM

2.2) These and the ramen above are all birthday treat of my friend, K.

3.) Sweetness overload at Love Desserts! I could stay here forever! Or not. Good luck naman sa ngipin ko!

4.) Newest home to my DLSR! It looks big in picture but its just so perfect for my camera. Got it from Artwork for a real affordable price.

5.) Found a new study haven just around the vicinity! Uy, feeling studious. Coffee + pasta. Why not?

6.) Lunch at The Chicken Rice Shop. I have a goal of dining-in at every food establishments inside UST before I graduate.

7.) Karaoke night at Karaoke Republic with my first ever college barkada. There's never a dull moment when we're together. Sounds cheesy, but true. Night out in my school uniform. That's so hipster of me.

8.) A slice of Blueberry cheesecake from Conti's. Nom

9.) Celebrated the first birthday of my instagram on January 21st at Onaka Ippai. Yup, I celebrate everything.

10.) 3 boxes of pure happiness. Or fattiness. Lol didn't feel any guilt though.

11.) Marble brownie ala mode from Shakey's. Sigh, I love you.

12.) Throwback thursday: Baguio 2012. I wanna go back and wear at least 3 layers of clothes. Haha! Why can't it be sweater weather all through-out the year?! I love summer though. Oh, beaches. See you soon!

13.) Ending this post with this picture, also from Baguio. Yes, I used to be that big! And I was already wearing all black, nyay!

Instagram instaDAM November-December 2012

Prelims is finally over! This and last week were just some of the hell weeks of this sem. I’ve been drinking coffee 3x a day to keep my eyes from falling. I hope those sleepless nights pays off! Anyway, I decided to compile the photos in my instragram account. My iPhone has been making me a lazy photographer. My DSLR is so bulky that it always makes an obvious bulge in my bag - hassle! But don’t get me wrong, my love for taking photos through a real camera will never fade away, lol.

Black and White - my classic getup.

I suddenly remember an essay question given by one of my professors. It goes something like this: “Will you still prefer buying a digital camera/DSLR over a cellphone that has a high-definition camera?” Tricky question, eh? But I answered “Yes, because DSLR have more functions and features than a cellphone camera.” I must admit though that having a cellphone with a real nice camera is such a joy - take a pic and upload away! But good thing camera manufacturers came up with the idea of producing high-end ones that lets you upload directly from the device to social networking sites! Yay the world is becoming a better place!! Here’s to more pictures!

PS. I said ‘camera’ a lot.

Paskuhan 2012

Paskuhan is the celebration that gathers people from all over the Metro - because Thomasians can tag along friends! It usually hosts a free live concert and the ever-awaited Pyromusical Display (watch here) that makes UST the Fireworks Capital of the U-belt according to one of the hosts. This year’s performers were Join the Club, Urbandub, Paraluman, Letterday Story, Radioactive Sago Project, Silent Sanctuary, 2 Years Apart, December Avenue, Mayonnaise and Spongecola! According to some reports, an estimated of over 60,000 crowd packed the UST Main Field and Grandstand! No wonder why the lines of people outside the gates of UST were crazy! #MOAArenaLevels
