Matictic Fiesta 2012

Hi Jean!!

Matictic is the third street in town to celebrate their fiesta. First was our’s, Lawasan, second was Iras which I don’t have pictures of coz ‘twas raining during their parade.

Used my tito’s 50mm f1.8 - no autofocus! So moving subjects + manual focus = deadss!!! But I still managed to take some worthy-to-upload photographs (are they?!)! Too bad, I wasn’t able to take decent photos of all the people who are part of the parade, dami pa naman artistahin! Well after all, I’m not a pro :p

Lawasan Fiesta 2012

M. Perez St., popularly known as Lawasan is what our street is called. We are the first to celebrate fiesta out of the 6 streets in our place, Norzagaray. This year’s theme for the parade is citizens of different countries (only people on floats are required to participate). To make it more fun, the Hermano Mayor gives prizes to the top three (3) best floats: 5000 for the 1st placer, 3000 for the 2nd placer and 2000 for the 3rd placer. Festivals: More fun in the Philippines!
